FERRERA CONDO UNIT
(COMMON AREAS & KID'S BEDROOM) (ONGOING PROJECT)
This family of three likes the Filipino-Japandi fusion in their home, and is reflected through its efficient use of space, minimalist style, and addition of local elements that is often connected with nature.
KITCHEN AND DINING AREA
The kitchen cabinet is renovated with new wainscot cabinet doors and cup handles and maximized by installing additional cabinet space above. In the dining area, the extendable table adds more table top space when needed, while the addition of a full height mirror gives the illusion of space. For clients who wants to have additional outlets but does not want the additional work to chip the walls, a low wooden paneling can be added to hide wires and conduits instead.

A modern casual Asian aesthetic for the interiors of this simple home.
LIVING AREA
A neutral palette speaks simple, cozy and is flexible for when clients want to add pops of color to the space.
SAMSON TWO-STOREY RESIDENCE
Situated at the province, our team seeks inspiration with modern farmhouse design and vernacular architecture. Inside, the interiors are modern and elegant while exuding a country Filipino lifestyle for the client.

The combination of vertical wood panels and black accents is a way to create a modern farmhouse look.

LAZARO TWO-STOREY RESIDENCE (ONGOING)
This old house has a lot of character inside that our team chose to retain unique elements of the house such as the wooden stairs and the mezzanine solid wooden floor and ceiling. Outside, the house needs extensive repair from years of usage with damage roof and wall sidings.

We are tasked to do architectural interiors where the look of the exterior extends inside. We definitely had fun designing this cozy interior!

For condo units, a custom kitchen cabinet is the way to go to ensure that storage is maximized and thought of.

SABIGAN 2-BR CONDO UNIT
The client, who used to be orgmates of Ar. Johann, approached the team to style their unit. Currently living in Singapore, they coordinated their intentions and requirements thru online meeting and chats. Only a few days away from Christmas, the design team took the challenge of designing at a tight schedule, also taking care of the sourcing and procurement of all furniture and decor, while the construction team did minimal painting works and installation of appliances in the unit. Overall, the project took only a week! The clients went home for Christmas vacation in time for the turnover and, indeed, it was a Merry Christmas it was for everyone. :) This unit was made to be their home away from home.
KITCHEN/DINING
The existing kitchen is retained while an addition of the chairs and tables provide seating for dining. A glass table top is good to have an illusion of more space
DAET STUDIO UNIT
The couple wanted the small unit to accommodate their elderly parents who will stay in the unit from time to time. They specifically wanted a space that is senior friendly, clean & clutter free, cozy with a touch of Scandinavian and rustic feel. They also mentioned using the accent color Sage Green, which is a color that is associated with nature, tranquility, balance and promotes a sense of calmness relaxtion and renewal.
BEDROOM
The bedroom's highlight is a custom double sized daybed trundle that can accommodate 3 people.
VILLANUEVA 2-STOREY RESIDENTIAL HOUSE
After a successful turnover of her designed and renovated condo unit in Southwoods, Laguna right on the first day of ECQ during the COVID-19 pandemic, our client tapped us again to design her 2-storey residential house in Sucat, Paranaque. The challenge is to add additional rooms inside and design the interiors to fit the house's Neo-Victorian Charm. A lover of outdoors and sports, our client's lifestyle and preferences are the main objective of the design. Nature is the new luxury especially during the COVID-19 Pandemic onset.
EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVE
The client specifically wanted more storage for her belongings as well as extend the rooms at the rear part of the house.

To add more space in the living room, part of the existing wall was demolished to have a bigger dining area. An accordion sliding glass door catch a lot of sunlight and air, with the flexibility to open the whole door or close it when needed.
JIB TWO-STOREY RESIDENCE
The project is to design a two-storey residence with a Japanese Scandinavian theme.
EXTERIOR PERSPECTIVE
The client wanted a home that is neutral, devoid of clutter, clean and organized. The aesthetics of the whole house is Minimalist Contemporary.
MERCADO TWO-STOREY RESIDENCE
The project is an 800-sqm interior design for the young couple living in a premium subdivision within the city.
OPEN LIVING AREA
The open living area at the ground floor serves as a more public space to accommodate guests and visitors.
KITCHEN
The small existing kitchen is given life by changing the base cabinet door with a green color, and adding white wall cabinets above. As an accept, machuca style ceramic tiles serves as the backsplash.
KITCHEN & DINING
The small kitchen was renovated to make it look more modern and contemporary. An adjustable small table is ideal for a small studio unit and is handy when guests visits.
