OUR SERVICES
SCHEMATIC
We work with our clients to ascertain the requirements of the projects and prepare schematic design studies. This is applicable for clients yet unsure of their requirement.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
We provide final sketches and/or presentation boards of our designs. Depending on the scope of work agreed with the client, output may be:

- detailed architectural / interior / engineering drawings for building permit and construction used
- 3D perspective that helps the client visualize the design
- List of Furnishings, Furniture, and Equipment (FF&E) as part of Interior Design Fit-outs

CONSTRUCTION
Highly skilled Architects, Engineers and Project Managers will overtake the construction phase and supervise from start to finish. To ensure high quality of work without compromising time and budget of the Client, we have strict quality standards in selecting our subcontractors and suppliers.
