A design and build project to support Childfund Philippines' mission to help Filipino children and youth that are underprivileged.

LAW OFFICE (ONGOING)
The Masangcay Renegado and Partner’s office is a modern, elegant, and functionally efficient law office that reflects the company’s identity as a forward-thinking yet tradition-rooted full-service law firm.

The space supports productivity and well-being for its lawyers and staff, presents a sophisticated corporate image to visiting clients, and serve as a visually engaging environment suitable for both professional meetings and social media presence.

The design of the office strikes a balance between comfort and professionalism.
RECEPTION AREA
The reception area consists of an upholstered seating for guests and visitors, an display shelf for awardsa and individual mail-slots for the virtual office clients. Signage elements are integrated throughout the office as part of the design consideration to represent the brand throughout the space
KONSTRUI PHILIPPINES OFFICE
The design of our office speaks simplicity and flexibility that adapts through time while harnessing creativity and talent within the team
FACADE
The front facade is kept simple with frosted stickers for privacy bearing the Konstrui logo for easy wayfinding.
QUANTUM SHOWROOM
A design-and-build bid project for the condominium showroom of Quantum Residences in Pasay, Manila
NEGO AREA
The area will be used to meet potential buyers of condominium units in Quantum Residences. A scale model at the center showcases the site development of the upcoming condominium in Pasay, Manila.
M. TALISAYON GROUP OF COMPANIES OFFICE
We proposed a luxury office that will elevate the company with its continuing growth and success. The modern office relates to the open workspace concept that promote collaboration and efficiency at the office. The design is both elegant and formal without sacrificing productivity and function.
RECEPTION AREA
The welcoming reception area serves as a waiting area for visitors and makes a great first impression when they come inside the office.
FEDERAL LAND NRE GLOBAL INC (FNG OFFICE)
Federal Land invited us to bid for their 1000sqm office space. The design brief included designing an office that values collaboration above all, with flexibility, increase productivity, shared spaces, biophilic design and promotes more movement and improving overall health.
COLLABORATION ZONE - RECEPTION
The reception area for employees utilizes the existing reception counter. A backdrop and ceiling made of wood together with live wall planters makes the entry a welcoming and warm atmosphere.
POWER UP WORKPOOL |
ALACO LADDER COMPANY
The future office will cater to Power Up Workpool, a workforce solutions management and HR consultancy firm. The office is designed to accommodate a firm with diverse and young professional backgrounds.
CONFERENCE ROOM
PGH PAY PATIENT SERVICES DEPT.
The first office project of Konstrui Designs. This project was commissioned by the head doctor/manager of the PGH Pay Patient Service Department for paying patients to be housed in the new medical building donated by the PGH School of Medicine Alumni Association.
FRONT OFFICE
The front office serves as receiving, consulting and billing pay patients.
